These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC. By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following:

1. Use of Site

You must be 18 years or older to access our courses, coaching, or services. You agree not to misuse, copy, or resell any content from this website.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, including courses, videos, PDFs, and worksheets, are the property of ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to courses requires account creation. You agree to keep your login secure and not share it with others.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is due upon enrollment unless otherwise noted.

5. Course Access

With some of our courses you will receive partial course access immediately, with full access released after 14 days or as explained when you purchase the course.  This protects against unauthorized use and refund misuse.  CEU courses will offer immediate access to all content without a refund option.  

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of our site or services. All use is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

 Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2025

ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC is committed to providing high-quality education and services. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Online Courses (Non-CEU)

  • We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase with specified courses and purchases.

  • To be eligible, you must not have accessed more than the initial portion of the course.

  • Full course access is granted after 14 days to help prevent abuse of the refund policy.

2. CEU Courses

  • Due to the nature of CEU credentialing, no refunds are available once purchased, unless required by a state licensing board.

3. Coaching Services

  • No refunds are provided for coaching or counseling sessions once delivered.  

  • We ask that you are mindful and considerate of scheduling and cancelling/rescheduling as we do not currently charge a fee for rescheduling or cancelling.  We would like consideration of our schedule and you're following through with scheduled sessions or cancelling/rescheduling in a timely manner.
