Terms and Conditions – Licensure Consulting

By booking a Licensure Consulting Session through ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services

Licensure Consulting Sessions are educational in nature and designed to provide guidance related to the licensure process for mental health professionals. These sessions may include discussion of state board requirements, application processes, documentation, or professional development strategies. They do not constitute clinical supervision, therapy, legal advice, or any form of treatment.

2. Not Supervision

These sessions are not a substitute for board-approved supervision and do not count toward required hours for licensure. If you are seeking supervision, please contact us directly to discuss availability and qualifications.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during consulting sessions will be treated with care and discretion. However, these sessions are not bound by therapist-client confidentiality protections. No personal information will be shared outside of ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC unless required by law.

4. Fees and Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to provide accurate and helpful guidance, licensure requirements may vary and are subject to change. We encourage all participants to verify final requirements with their licensing board. We cannot guarantee licensure outcomes and are not responsible for board decisions or delays.

6. Intellectual Property

Any materials, templates, or resources provided during the session are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written perm
