By booking a coaching session through Better Thinking, Better Living, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions provided through Better Thinking, Better Living are intended for personal development, mindset growth, and goal setting. These sessions are not a substitute for clinical therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require therapeutic support, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.

2. Payments and Cancellations

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services and the time reserved, refunds are not available after a session has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out so we can discuss a resolution.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. While coaching is not bound by the same legal confidentiality standards as therapy, all information shared during sessions will be treated with care and discretion and will not be shared without your permission unless required by law.

5. Results Disclaimer

Your results may vary depending on your level of commitment and engagement. Coaching is a collaborative process, and while tools and support are provided, outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and resources shared during or after sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

In this one-hour Zoom session, you will receive:

1:1 Personalized Support – A focused, one-on-one session tailored to your needs. We’ll explore what’s getting in your way and help you take meaningful steps forward.

Grounded in Experience – With years of professional training and real-world experience, I bring a supportive, no-fluff approach to mindset shifts and personal growth.

Clarity + Action – You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of your next steps, whether you’re navigating a transition, stuck in self-doubt, or ready to create change.

Supportive Tools – You may receive optional reflection prompts, habit tracking tools, or resources to help keep your momentum going.
