Hi, I'm Tonya.
LCSW-S. LSOTP-S. I've been doing this work long enough to know that the hardest part isn't the clinical piece. It's staying current on every system, every standard, and every new tool that lands in our professional landscape without anyone telling us quite what to do with it.
AI is one of those tools. The conversation happening in general clinical spaces doesn't account for the specific weight of LSOTP practice. The documentation, the population, the legal exposure and the supervision responsibility. The standards that govern us differently than other practitioners.
I built this series because I needed it myself and couldn't find it. It's grounded in what I know about this specialty, what I know about ethics, and what I've had to think through carefully in my own practice. I'm not here to sell you on AI.
