REFUND POLICY

At ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital programs, CEU courses, and coaching experiences that support your professional growth and the clients you serve. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Online courses and trainings (CEU and non-CEU)
  • Coaching and counseling sessions
  • Memberships and subscriptions
  • Live or virtual events and workshops
  • Trials, deposits, and payment plans

Once access is granted or a session is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

 Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

First, we do not sell physical products. All of our offerings are digital, educational, or service-based and are delivered immediately or involve the reservation of time, resources, and professional expertise. Once access is provided or time is committed, these offerings cannot be returned.

Second, this policy exists to support your commitment and follow-through. Investing in your professional development and the quality of care you offer to clients is a meaningful decision. It can be easy to second-guess yourself, change your mind, or let a busy schedule take over after committing.

This policy is part of how we honor the decision you made to invest in yourself and your practice.

Just as a seat at a conference or workshop holds value regardless of attendance, choosing not to show up or fully engage does not change the resources, time, and care that have been prepared and reserved for you.

 Responsibility for Results

We are proud of the value, care, and expertise built into everything we offer. That said, results are never guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your effort, engagement, implementation, and individual circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the content, tools, and support provided.

 Coaching and Session Scheduling

While we do not currently charge a fee for rescheduling or cancellations, we ask that you be mindful and considerate of our schedule and your commitment. Please cancel or reschedule sessions in a timely manner so that your time slot may be offered to others.

We encourage you to ask any questions before committing to a purchase. Our team is happy to help you determine whether a course, program, or coaching offer is the right fit for you.
