Working in one of the most complex and specialized areas of clinical practice, you need a supervisor with deep experience and a steady, non-judgmental presence. Chris and Tonya both hold LSOTP-S credentials and understand what this work actually demands.
How Supervision Works
All sessions are held via secure live video, no commuting, no scheduling around location.
Individual supervision: one-on-one with your supervisor, focused entirely on your caseload and development.
Group supervision (when available): small groups of peers working through cases together, facilitated by your supervisor. A cost-effective option that builds community.
We work with you to determine frequency based on your licensure board requirements and where you are in your supervised hours.
You'll receive documentation of hours for your board application.

Tonya Shankle, LCSW-S, LSOTP-S, MHNCS
Tonya is a licensed clinical social worker supervisor with specialized training in mental health and sex offender treatment. Her supervision style is direct, supportive, and rooted in over 10 years of front-line clinical work. She holds board-approved supervisor credentials for LMSWs and ASOTPs in Texas.
